Evergreen Story

Background

Founded in the 1950s, Evergreen Life Services strives to provide a full range of professional services to individuals with disabilities. With over 2100 employees throughout 130 locations, they have been able to provide for over 1,000 individuals in the Southeast region of the United States.

In recent years, Evergreen has transformed their Security team into an enterprise IT level department. Their IT team consists of 8 team members that are responsible for all 130 locations across the United States – with 2 of the 8 team members responsible for their security posture.

Challenges

Over the past few years, Evergreen has worked with several cybersecurity platforms that have failed to provide a successful and simplified solution to securing their business. The main challenge was trying to find a path forward through a disparate set of tools to a singular, unified, platform. The goal was to be able to operate through one system to provide total protection and single pane visibility into the entire organization.

Results

Because of this challenge, they searched for a new solution that matched their list of needs. The team came up with the following requirements they would need in a new provider:
