BUSINESS CONTINUITY & DISASTER RECOVERY

Respond to cyber risks quickly and efficiently

A BCDR plan doesn’t just recover your data—it swiftly restores operations, ensuring minimal disruption and getting your organization back on its feet in no time

Protect your business with a
comprehensive recovery strategy
Our approach focuses on four key elements:

01 ⟶ BUSINESS IMPACT ANALYSIS
A business impact analysis (BIA) is the process of determining the criticality of business activities and associated resource requirements to ensure operational resilience and continuity of operations during and after a business disruption.

02 ⟶ RECOVERY STRATEGIES
A recovery strategy analysis (RSA) outlines the alternate means to restore business operations to a minimum acceptable level following a business disruption and are prioritized by the recovery time objectives (RTO) developed during the business impact analysis.

03 ⟶ PLAN DEVELOPMENT
The business continuity plan (BCP) development outlines the details steps that should be undertaken to ensure vital business processes are uninterrupted and how to quickly restore critical IT systems and data to resume business after a disruptive event.

04 ⟶ TESTING & MAINTENANCE
The testing and maintenance involves a tabletop exercise and after action review (AAR). A BCP table top exercise is an informal brainstorming session used to encourage participation from business leaders and other key employees to discuss their responses to a particular emergency situation.
